Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Still mobile application (the "App") operated by Still ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Still is a daily journaling application that presents users with one thoughtful question each day to encourage self-reflection. The App includes the following features:
To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at samabuzarifa@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App offers both free and premium ("Pro") features. Free features include daily questions, journal entries, and streak tracking. Pro features include AI insight reports, advanced analytics, and PDF export.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the change is announced.
All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
We may offer free trial periods from time to time. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, responses, and any other text you write ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you, including generating personalized questions and insight reports through our AI features. This license terminates when you delete your account.
While your journal entries are private, you agree not to use the App to store or transmit content that:
The App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate personalized questions and insight reports. AI-generated content is provided for informational and reflective purposes only and should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
While we strive to provide meaningful and accurate AI-generated content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated output. AI-generated insights are based on pattern recognition and may not always accurately reflect your experiences or intentions.
The App is a journaling tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or, in case of emergency, contact your local emergency services.
The App, including its design, graphics, logos, icons, images, text, software, and all other content (excluding User Content), is the property of Still and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.
The App relies on third-party services (Supabase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STILL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Still and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the App, or your User Content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Still regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
